To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original packaging

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or tailored items

  • Underwear, innerwear, or personal-use garments

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event of a return from an international order:

  • All original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility

8. FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier
